Đến năm 2000, BIVA mở rộng sản xuất và dời về xã Hòa Long, thành phố Bà Rịa – một vùng đất nổi tiếng với nguồn nước tốt cho ngành sản xuất bia rượu.
In 2000, Biva moved to Hoa Long, Ba Ria and started expanding its franchise and manufacturing. Hoa Long had already been home to various beverage companies thanks to the excellent level of clarity of the local water source.
